Learn2Run program commences again Saturday 7 July leaving from Pancake Bliss 5.45am sharp. Start to learn to run in a friendly environment with like minded people. This is not a timed program. You do it at your own pace by jogging 1min and walking 1.30min for 5km the first week and increases gradually over 11 weeks. Class also held Tuesday and Thursdays leaving 5.30am from the front of City Fitness, Victoria Street, Mackay. Flyer will be released over the weekend.
